Responsibilities
- Oversee Management Developement Program management including support the basic competency & leadership/ managerial company development
 - Ensuring all basic competency & leadership/ managerial developement programs are developed & implemented as scheduled (basic value driven, basic skills, supervisory development, leadership developement, executive development)
 - Reviews all existing competency developement program and continue to improve
 
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Business Administration or in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Geotech/ Industrial) or Master Degree (S2) is a plus
 - Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role (mining or engineering industry is an advantage)
 - Minimum 2 years experience in training and developemnt area would be a plus
 - Curriculum development particularly on leadership/ managerial competency
 - Excellent command in English both oral and written
 - Excellent interpersonal skills
