INSTRUCTOR
(Papua, Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Yogyakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile and master the literature, tools and training aids to be used in the intermediate training
- Review, analyze and apply modules, tools and training aids to be executed to the training participant used in the intermediate training
- Personally teach, explain, inform and supervise participant with lack of understandable on training material explained during the teaching & learning process applied in the intermediate training
- Review, analyze, modify and update the method of teaching and learning, literature and training aids conducted in the intermediate training
- Review, analyze and evaluate training execution, teaching process and methods used in the intermediate training
Requirements:
- Good command in English both orally and writing
- Excellent working knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Access and other Microsoft Office Application.
- Candidate must possess at least a STM Machine or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Service Operation Foreman

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of mechanic and technician.
- Manage the repair and maintenance job for Caterpillar heavy equipments.
- Manage all resources needed for successful work target achievement.
- Prepare daily work plan and ensure all job accomplished satisfactorily within provided standards.
- Facilitate subordinates' skill enhancement.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a reputable University with GPA min 2.75, S1 Engineering, Min 3 years experience
- Excellent command of English, both orally and in writing. Possess computer literacy (MS Office)
- Be a good team player, enthusiastic, proactive, and have excellent interactive skills with all level of management and staffs.
- Age not more than 40 years old
- Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other business systems will be another advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
- Having good knowledge in CATERPILLAR heavy equipment product
- Willing to be based at any branches throughout Indonesia
- Having knowledge in technical & mechanical systems of heavy equipment along with its repair and maintenance procedures
Management Trainee (Finance)

Requirements:
- S1 Degree graduated in Accounting/Finance background and other disciplines with GPA minimum of 2.75
- Maximum age is 27 years.
- Possessing a leadership competence & capability demonstrated from experience to lead and or activities involvement in student organization or equivalent (preferable).
- Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity & result oriented.
- Good communication and presentation skill in English with at least having TOEIC score of 400.
- Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other business systems will be another advantage.
- Must be willing to travel and prepared to work in all over Indonesia whenever required.
